The forum is to be held in Raffles Convention Centre, Singapore . Raffles City is conveniently located and readily accessible. It is barely a twenty minutes drive from the Changi International Airport via the East Coast Expressway, the scenic coastal expressway.

The City Hall MRT Station which is at the foot of Raffles City links the financial and commercial centres of Shenton Way and Raffles Place, the shopping centres and the tourist belt at Orchard Road with the residential estates to the north, east and west of Singapore. The station is one of the two interchange stations linking the north-south lines with the east-west lines.

A covered walkway links the station with Raffles City . Regardless of weather conditions and traffic on the roads, all the facilities in Raffles City are readily accessible and conveniently available under one roof.
